Mohon Dibaca & Dipahami sebelum membeli Item Pre Order Jika masih bingung silakan chat admin, kami siap membantu & menjelaskan dengan jujur sebelum nakama membeli atau mengikuti PO di toko kami
1.Mohon diperhatikan DEADLINE PO dan ETA Rilis barang yang ada di deskripsi produk
2.ETA barang sampai Indonesia 2-3 bulan dari jadwal rilis
3.Harga belum termasuk ongkir barang asli (Akan dikalkulasi saat barang tiba di Otaku Kingdom)
4.Khusus pembelian di MARKETPLACE, Ongkir kena 2x = 1x untuk amplop isi kertas invoice PO + 1x untuk ongkir barang dari toko kami ke lokasi nakama (ongkir kedua ditagihkan saat barang sudah tiba di Otaku Kingdom)
5.DP min. sesuai ketentuan. Jika Cancel Product atas kemauan BUYER maka (DP HANGUS), berbeda Rule dengan no.10 dan ada beberapa item tertentu yang tidak bisa DP melainkan cuma bisa FP (Fullpay) mohon baca semua tulisan yang ada di deskripsi produk sebelum membeli.
6.Waktu Pelunasan barang maks. 1 minggu (setelah diinfo barang PO tiba indonesia bukan tiba di toko/gudang jadi setelah sampai toko tinggal bayar ongkir dan barang langsung dikirimkan hal ini dilakukan untuk menimalisir kejadian batal pelunasan PO & Penumpukkan barang PO dengan status tak jelas di gudang OK) , Jika pelunasan via marketplace kita pakai sistem order PO 15 hari setelah barang sampai indonesia soalnya estimasi dari tempat sortir sampe toko/gudang cuma 7-14 hari aja. (karena barang dalam perjalanan dari tempat sortir indonesia ke toko maka berat ongkir aktual kita tebak2 dulu jika lebih kita balikkin & jika kurang kita tagihkan lagi)
7.Jika tidak LUNAS dalam waktu 1 Minggu, maka DP(Downpayment) / FP(Fullpayment) HANGUS & barang menjadi stok kami.
8.Harga mengikat & tidak dapat berubah kecuali ada beberapa special case dari brand tertentu dan tetap akan kami follow up beserta info akurat di deskripsi produk.
9.Semua PO ada Resiko Drop PO dari Pabrik/Toko karena slot terbatas(cut order). Jika terjadi, maka Uang akan di Refund Full.
10.Jika terjadi DROP PO/CANCEL PO Dari PABRIK, akan kami REFUND FULL (HANYA DP/FP BARANG SAJA, TIDAK TERMASUK ONGKIR INVOICE) Jika sebelumnya transaksi via marketplace contoh harga DP barangnya saja 100.000 maka yang di refund adalah 100.000 dikurangi biaya fee marketplace yang bersangkutan jadi tidak 100% karena di marketplace terdapat fee tambahan.
11.Barang yang dikirim adalah barang baru (MISB) dari pabrik, Barang langsung didistribusikan ke pembeli, kami tidak buka box/segel jadi minim kerusakan/minus kecuali dalam beberap case item titip jual, item bekas dan item lainnya yang ada tulis di nama & deskripsi produk bahwa itu kondisi bekas atau second.
12.Ada Garansi pabrik hanya untuk barang tertentu
13.Syarat Garansi Pabrik dengan mengirim video tanpa terputus & tanpa edit, mulai dari membuka plastik packing, kardus packing, box barang, sampai segel barang. Komplain diterima apabila segel figure plastik bagian dalam box belum dibuka, mohon cek barang sebelum membuka segel plastik dalam 1x24 jam.
14.Barang yang telah dikirim dan sudah memiliki nomor resi dari kurir, sudah BUKAN tanggung jawab kami (jadi untuk pengiriman disarankan tetap pakai asuransi kehilangan barang) kecuali ada masalah di pengiriman akan kita bantu follow up ke pihak kurirnya saja ya.
15.Dengan membaca rule diatas,kami anggap Customer paham & setuju saat melakukan PO atau pembelian segala jenis barang lainnya di Otaku Kingdom.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Please read and understand before purchasing a pre-order item. If you're still unsure, please chat with an admin. We're ready to help and explain honestly before you buy or participate in a pre-order at our store.
1. Please pay attention to the pre-order deadline and release date listed in the product description.
2. The item's arrival time in Indonesia is 2-3 months from the release date.
3. The price does not include shipping for the original item (will be calculated when the item arrives at Otaku Kingdom).
4. For purchases on the marketplace, shipping will be charged twice: once for the envelope containing the pre-order invoice and once for shipping from our store to the customer's location (the second shipping fee will be charged when the item arrives at Otaku Kingdom).
5. Minimum down payment according to the terms and conditions. If the product is cancelled at the buyer's request, the down payment will be forfeited. This rule differs from Rule 10, and there are certain items that cannot be paid down but can only be paid in full. Please read all the information in the product description before purchasing.
6. The maximum payment period for the item is 1 week (after the PO item is not available in Indonesia, it will not arrive at the store/warehouse. Therefore, after the item arrives in the store, you just pay the shipping fee and the item will be shipped immediately. This is done to minimize the occurrence of PO payment cancellations and the accumulation of PO items with unclear status in the warehouse. OK). If payment is made via the marketplace, we use the PO order system 15 days after the item arrives in Indonesia because the estimated time from the sorting location to the store/warehouse is only 7-14 days. (Because the item is in transit from the Indonesian sorting facility to the store, we estimate the actual shipping weight. If it's more, we refund it, and if it's less, we charge it again.)
7. If the FULL payment is not paid within 1 week, the DP (Down Payment) / FP (Full Payment) will be forfeited, and the item will become our stock.
8. Prices are binding and cannot be changed except in special cases for certain brands. We will follow up with accurate information in the product description.
9. All POs carry the risk of being dropped by the factory/store due to limited slots (cut orders). If this occurs, a full refund will be given.
10. If a PO is dropped/canceled from the factory, we will refund you in full (DP/FP ONLY, NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING INVOICE). If the previous transaction was via a marketplace, for example, the DP price for the item was only 100,000, the refund will be 100,000 minus the relevant marketplace fee. Therefore, it is not 100% due to additional fees in the marketplace.
11. Items shipped are brand new (MISB) from the factory. Items are distributed directly to the buyer. We do not open the box/seal, so there is minimal damage/defects, except in some cases for consignment items, used items, and other items that state that they are used or secondhand in the product name and description.
12. There is a factory warranty for certain items only.
13. The factory warranty requires sending an uninterrupted and unedited video, from opening the plastic packaging, cardboard packaging, item box, to the item seal. Complaints will be accepted if the plastic figure seal inside the box has not been opened. Please check the item before opening the plastic seal within 24 hours.
14. Items that have been shipped and already have a tracking number from the courier are NOT our responsibility (therefore, it is recommended to use lost goods insurance for shipping). Unless there are shipping issues, we will help follow up with the courier.
15. By reading the rules above, we assume the customer understands and agrees to pre-orders or purchases of any other items at Otaku Kingdom.

11. 所有商品均为全新未拆封（MISB），由工厂直接发货给买家。我们不会拆封，因此商品损坏/瑕疵极少，但寄售商品、二手商品以及在商品名称和描述中明确标明为二手或旧货的商品除外。
12. 部分商品享有工厂保修。
13. 工厂保修要求提供一段完整且未经剪辑的视频，记录从打开塑料包装、纸盒包装、商品盒到拆封商品的过程。如果包装盒内的塑料封条未被打开，我们将接受您的投诉。请在24小时内打开塑料封条前检查商品。
14. 已发货且已获得快递单号的商品，我们概不负责（因此建议您为包裹购买丢失保险）。除非出现运输问题，我们会协助您与快递公司联系。
