This is OSHI WORKS Figure Yabusame Tetsuo – Snowball Earth by Kotobukiya. Dark hair, purple eyes, that “I have a plan and also a snack later” smile. Gray-and-yellow jacket over a red shirt, white gloves, chunky white boots planted like the ice already lost. Fist near the chin. Ready for the next briefing. About 210 mm tall, non-scale, PVC and ABS. Sculpt by THOUSAND INC. The figure is partially assembled and snaps onto the printed iron-plate base with magnets, so he stands like he paid rent on the snow. ✨
