This is Scaled Figure 1/8 Kal'tsit – The Remains of Time Ver. Arknights by Myethos. Black-and-white maid dress with green lining, ruffled apron, belt, pocket watch, long tail, tray with the triangular Rhodes cake, champagne flute, and little white flowers.
